General Information

The North Suburban Church Softball League (NSCSL) is a faith based, competitive, city-independent, adult men's softball league consisting of church teams (of any denomination) primarily from the North and East Metro.

The fall league consists of 24 teams divded into 3 divisions. The league is USSSA-sanctioned and all games are supervised by USSSA-sanctioned umpires.

The league uses a custom, state-of-the-art website with schedules, standings, game results, power rankings, sortable team and player stats (Game, Season, and Career), league and team communication devices, plus much more.

Frequently Asked Questions

When are games played?

Sunday nights between 6:00pm and 10pm. Each week teams play double-headers against one team in your division (One as the home team and one as the away team). Game times will be either 6:00 and 7:00pm or 8:00 and 9:00pm. Typically, schedules include half early and half late starts.

The season is 7 weeks long (each team plays 14 games).

USSSA sanctioned Optic Yellow .40cor/325 compression

(Does the league provide insurance?

NO. Teams are responsible for their own insurance. By participating, players agree NOT to hold the league, it's members, and the cities liable for injuries (or anything else for that matter). All players are required to sign a 'Waiver/Code of Conduct' before they are eligible to play. The league's governing body (USSSA) provides insurance if teams are interested. When is registration and how can I register my team for the upcoming season?

Registration for fall typically opens around the last two weeks of the Summer League. Registration is first-come, first-served. If you are interested in registering your team for a future season, you may email the League Director and indicate you would like to play.
